I have to sublimate tis desire or fantasy to use as fuel to improve my various skills. I have a nice smile, eyes, nose and a good physical structure wich is enough to make attractive, mesmerize and impress anybody to work for u in order to achieve ur goals. Tis attributes r nt enough to mesmerize or attract, I need eloquence & charisma. Even though I don't have grip on subject, I have to make others believe I'm something wich is usually done by conmen. For tis I have to interact wth various kinds of PPL in various professions and have to imitate them.
1) wth a coition fantasy abt signoras, mostly while travelling i try to paw whatever woman I sit/stand beside irrespective of age or quality or worth. I won't get any actual pleasure wth tis. I wud like to sublimate tis enthusiasm by interacting them jovially wth practicing eye contac by getting to know abt various women. Not only men, the worthable men also i can talk casually, to bring out info useful to me. Mainly i have to come out of woman fantasy asap.
Fitness as per plan of Cuspate:
1 week gap came due to ICMI and no cooperation, and interruption from rinter. Is it a shit tests she dng on me. Whatever gap shudnt extended further. I have to sleep early night. She told she wants to avoid sex for 1 week. Tis is the time I have to setright sleeping schedule. Don't be so attached to Goutham. Don't get enchanted by her wiles and charms. Wth tis, wake up @6am wth buoyancy and go for jog and come back by 7.30am. Goutham brush and my exercises. 8.15-8.45 study. If fsk rant reg rinter, smartly escape from home.
6-8:. 01 hr exercise
8-9.30:. 30m study
13-15:. 01 hr study
18-19:. 30m study & 05 min Rinter preampout gita
19-22:. 90m study & roam 30m
Still I'm nt satisfied wth my growth writing, reading and exercising.
Exercising: 02 rounds at a time--02 times
& then sprint..in the gap complete around 100 pushups and pull-ups: 30 pull-ups: between 7-8 am: 100 pushups and 30 pull-ups and everyday chest&legs, biceps & triceps, abs& back, shoulders..repeat tis cycle and lounges & situps r common everyday.
Have to maintain the strict diet. Biryani is waste. Its like an addiction.
Writing & Reading: vb wise gng good. Reading gng slow. Not able to read more than 5 pages at a time. Lower pages if content is deep. No need of any stress to study more. Keep studying more. By giving gaps study more. Office- around 3 times. Home- around 3 times. Wth this definitely studying will improve.
Movies: Dont watch. Anushka movie made me emotional & weak today and felt like to do wat my heart says. I ate biryani wich increased my fat. Eat less for dinner.so tat mrng i can do gud exercise and don't blame fsk & rinter reg food.

How to shape us highschool to graduation: how to be wth parents, friends(boys & girls), society and shape us to bcum an icon for ourself.
How to be wth woman: for tis i have to do mingle & interact with lot of woman. Actually I don't need lot. 4 is enough. Rini, rinter, sukku...02 more i have to look for. Acuaintainces will be many and random PPL many
