Judging other person work

Why we bother more about judging other person work. We feel they are working less than us. What makes them to not do work. And we comment or discuss about those reasons. By overthinking or discuss abt this, no use, they will be the same. Nobody can't do anything abt tat. But u wasted ur valuable time & thoughts by judging abt them. Me and low pass discussed & judged reg the work of Rayleigh, hdsl & Fresnel.
